Magazine puts area on the map

Business MattersA NEW publication is highlighting West Lothian’s strategic position at the heart of Scotland.

Property Matters has been produced by West Lothian Council to attract new companies to the area.

The eight-page magazine – designed by The PR Store – is being distributed with the November edition of Business Insider magazine.

Councillor Willie Dunn, the Convener of the Council’s Enterprise and Development Committee, said: “West Lothian’s location at the heart of Scotland’s motorway and railway networks has helped put the area on the map when it comes to relocation and new investment.”

The magazine includes a cover story on Taylor Woodrow – which has moved its Scottish HQ to Livingston.

There is also an interview with the former boss of the Livingston Development Corporation, plus a spotlight on the new role for the former Motorola plant at Bathgate – as a high-quality business park.
