Merry Christmas!

So another year comes to a close at The PR Store. It’s been a busy old year, with websites completed and updated – and media coverage generated. And some other fun things too.

The year saw us create audio guides for the Coalfields Regeneration Trust – and delve into local history for the charity Sustrans (read a project newsletter here – and see some of the resulting articles here).

We developed a new website for the award-winning Corbie Inn pub in Bo’ness (and generated press interest in pub improvements for walkers and cyclists). We also helped the Queensferry History Group develop a new site and get media coverage for their National Lottery-funded project. Queensferry is steeped in history – check it out.

The summer saw us revamp the online presence for The Friends of Kinneil charity, in a move supported by Sustrans. We also did some website updates for tourism clients Spoke ‘n’ Boot and Bo’mains Farm.

We worked with the local Odenwald Association and Falkirk District Twinning Association to redevelop their web presence at www.falkirktwinning.org

We also helped a number of clients get business listings on the John Muir Way website. If you haven’t walked bits of the John Muir Way, make a date in 2022.

In August, we helped new charity Bo’ness Car 4U to get online – and get front page press coverage. And we secured more media interest for a project to revamp the garden at Bo’ness Hospital.

Look out for more on this in 2022.

October saw the 10th birthday of the Corbie Inn – generating more headlines, with the help of The PR Store.

The year has ended with us supporting long-term client Bo’net. Its been revamping its email and mailing systems. It’s also been updating its audio guide to the Bo’ness foreshore.

Talking of which, Carriden Church (pictured below) is one of the stopping points on the audio guide. Check it out.

You’ll find the “Kinneil to Carriden” walk on the izi.travel app.
