PR Store boss becomes Accredited PR Practioner

Adrian Mahoney, The PR Store’s Managing Consultant, has been named as an Accredited PR Practioner by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

He gained the status by demonstrating his “ongoing commitment” to continuous professional development, meeting the “rigorous criteria” set down by the CIPR in relation to professional standards, knowledge, capability and practice.

The CIPR is the world’s only Royal Chartered professional body for public relations practitioners, with nearly 11,000 members. Adrian was admitted to the Institute in 1997 and has twice served as vice-chair of its Scotland Group.

It adds: "This is to certify that Mr Adrian Mahoney has demonstrated an ongoing commitment to their continuing professional development (CPD) and has met rigorous criteria relating to professional standards, knowledge, capability and ethical practice.
They are hereby entitled to use the designation Accredited Public Relations Practitioner.

"Given under the authority of the Board of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations. Subject to membership of the institute and commitment to CPD."
